Free delivery in mainland France and the EU

A surcharge applies for mountain areas and coastal islands.

We deliver to almost any address in France, in the French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Martinique, French Guiana and Réunion), in the rest of the European Union, and worldwide on quotation. Minimum order: €153.

When you order, the delivery date is shown on the order summary page, depending on item availability and the delivery method chosen.

Once your shipping label is created, you receive an email from our shipping platform with a tracking number. Carriers do not always call customers, so please track your parcel to know the delivery day or the pickup point. Remember to check your spam folder.

France

Pickup point or home delivery, for cartons of 30 or 50 foutas, with tracking. GLS FlexDelivery option available with real-time tracking of the delivery van.

European Union

Home delivery.

French overseas departments

Colissimo, about 7 days, at the current rate, or a cheaper but slower economy option. Shipments to the overseas departments may be subject to local taxes (VAT, dock dues): please check the rules that apply in your territory.
